| Dear Kimbel Halliday,
Thank you so much for your recent visit with us. I do believe
that it was mutually beneficial.
I do want to say a bit about our experiences with
the foam roofs installed by MAC Roofing. We had flat mineral
roofs that were a constant problems. Even with regular preventive
maintenance we would experience several leaks (five to fifteen out
of forty-five units) each time the rains came. Now that we have had
the foam installed, we rarely have a call when it rains, and most of
those calls are from the tile mansards.
One added benefit: We also have installed bird
wire around the roof top air conditioning units. We now have
no nesting places for pesky pigeons. The pigeons do not like
the white roofs and now we have no permanent population of these
pests. They never nest on the roofs, and rarely even
pause in their flights to our neighbors.

concerns.

Dear MAC Roofing,
As you are aware, shortly after you repaired my roof we had two days
of rain, one day quite heavy. For the first time in 3 ½ years my
roof did NOT leak; I did not have to put a dozen ice chests around
the house; I was not kept up awake all night by the sound of
dripping and fear that a soggy section of ceiling would fall down or
that the leaks would spread to a closet area and ruin my wardrobe.
This “FIRST TIME” was thanks to MAC Roofing.
I am enjoying this new sense of security, both from the present
protection you have provided and the 10 year warranty. Now I can get
busy and repair the soggy, stained ceilings and walls that would not
be in that condition if I had engaged MAC Roofing when t he first
leak appeared 3 ½ years ago.

This letter is of appreciation and to complement
Mac Roofing on the installation of new roofing.
I am very pleased that I made the call to your office to set up an
appointment to have an estimate taken for my new roof. I was very
pleased with MAC’s representative, Paul Lang. He not only provided
his professional expertise, but demonstrated an ease and calmness
that reassured me that Mac Roofing was the right choice to install
the new roof.
I also want to comment on how nice and polite your installers were.
Luis, and his crew, Carlos and Mario, were quite prompt in getting
started and left the property in a very clean manner. Their job was
well done. I also was impressed with the delivery men who dropped
off the material. I don’t remember their names but they too were
very professional and courteous. Last but not least, I want to thank
your receptionist, Jackie, for being so pleasant and helpful.
This was a good experience and I am pleased with the outcome. My
neighbors had great comments to make about the new roof. I will
definitely refer Mac Roofing to friends and neighbors. Thanks.

| Dear MAC Roofing, This
letter is a bit overdue. However, I still would like to compliment
your company on the installation of my roof. I am a self-employed
individual and am well aware of promoting professionalism, honesty,
and integrity. Many people will write letters when we are not
satisfied, but I also like to write letters when the job is well
done.
First, I must tell you of my first impression of your sales
representative, Paul Lang. He not only came prepared but also was
most professional. He showed me copies of previous job sites along
with licensed and insurance information. He answered all my
questions and had samples for my review. He was able to give me a
start date and a price quote on the spot. He did not try to sell me
a more expensive product than what was needed. Another company had
come out for an estimate and was totally unprepared. I did not even
receive a price quote for 3 days.
Secondly, the installers, Luis and his crew, did an outstanding job.
They were on time, polite, and careful by not getting debris into my
pool, or all over my yard. They removed all the nails during cleanup
and worked sunup to sundown during the installation. A problem
arrived with the lifting of my cooling system and they promptly had
an AC company come out and fix it.
Finally, even though we have not had any rain and I have not been
able to check for leaks, I have and will continue to refer Mac
Roofing to neighbors, friends and business associates. I feel
confident that in the event of a leak I will have no problems with
your company for future warranty repairs if needed.
It is a pleasure doing business with you. From you sales
representative, Paul Lang, to the installer Luis and his grew, to
the receptionist Jackie, I congratulate you on your business
professionalism.

your company has re-roofed 3 of our properties. I can’t tell you how
pleased we are with your work. My neighbor was very accurate when he

| Dear Mr. Kruse, I would
like to express our appreciation for the work of your crew in
replacing the roofing surfaces on our house and my mother-in-law’s
house. They showed up both mornings on time, did us the courtesy of
knocking to let us know they were there, and got to work. They were
careful with our property and when they left both days they left the
property clean and in order.
We appreciate that the new surface will provide much better coverage
and insulation than the old. It hasn’t rained since the installation
so we haven’t had a test yet but the quality of your crew gives us a
measure of confidence in the whole process.
